Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit only.

All discounted or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. After that period, we are unable to accept items back. Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately, or within 30 days of your order date.

Once your return reaches us, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email once your store credit or exchange has been issued.

Exceptions

We’ll always make it right if:

  • We shipped the wrong item.

  • The product arrived with excessive damage.

  • There was an error in your shipping information caused by us.
